  • For new clients- 90 minutes

    In this appointment, I will thoroughly assess your health concerns, including an in-depth review of your medical and family history, your current supplements and/or pharmaceutical medications, and dietary and lifestyle habits.

    If required, I will refer for routine pathology testing to be completed before your next visit. Following our consultation, I will email you a personalised treatment plan, and any necessary herbs or supplements will be supplied. If it is an online consultation they will be shipped to you or pick-up may be arranged.

    Once your appointment has been confirmed via the online booking system, you will receive an email appointment reminder notification, and if it is an online appointment, a secure telehealth platform link will also be sent to you via email.

  • For return clients only- 30-45 minutes

    This consultation is intended for clients who have already had an initial consultation with me and whose last appointment was within the past 6 months. We will review your progress, and make any necessary adjustments to your treatment plan. Pathology results are to be emailed to the clinic prior to this appointment to allow for a thorough review. Following the consultation, an updated treatment plan will be emailed to you if any changes have been made and any necessary herbs or supplements will be supplied.

    Once your appointment has been confirmed via the online booking system, you will receive an email appointment reminder notification, and if it is an online appointment, a secure telehealth platform link will also be sent to you via email.

  • For return clients only- 45-60 minutes

    This consultation is designed for review of extensive pathology/test results or if it has been longer than 6 months since your last visit. 

    Once your appointment has been confirmed via the online booking system, you will receive an email appointment reminder notification, and if it is an online appointment, a secure telehealth platform link will also be sent to you via email.

  • For existing clients only- 15-20 minutes

    Our acute naturopathic consultations are designed for short-term, immediate health concerns such as colds, flu, sinus infections, acute UTI support etc. These brief sessions are for addressing sudden onset symptoms or when you need quick, natural support. These consultations are available to existing clients only due to safety reasons.

    Please note: These consultations are not suitable for complex or chronic conditions. If you have a long-standing health issue, we recommend booking a full initial consultation for comprehensive care. 

  • A no-obligation 15-minute phone chat to understand if naia naturopathy is right for you and your family and to answer any questions. Please note - supplements and recommendations will not be provided in this appointment.
